Funny you should ask! I'm working on a book, which I hope will be out by Easter, that will offer the whole of the Best Good Life.
In the meantime, the quick answer to what is the Best Good Life is: it is a way of living that integrates our faith into the crazy vibrancy of daily life of work, home, school, marriage, kids, activities...
Hopefully that helps explain a bit and wet the appetite for more! Keep you eyes pealed here, a I'll keep making videos that diven in and explore as well.

I suspect none of us "get it" -- but the best way I know to begin to is to strive to live it. The best way to start? Consistently ask yourself "What is the Best Good choice?" with every choice you make.
